The Detroit Lions Select Wallaroo.AI As Their Official AI & Machine Learning Partner

ALLEN PARK, MICH. – Jan. 10, 2023 – The Detroit Lions announced today that Wallaroo.AI is the franchise’s official Artificial Intelligence (AI) partner. The Lions will work with Wallaroo to scale the use of AI across many different business objectives on and off the field.
“Our analytics team has been at the forefront of the NFL in using data and AI to optimize performance,” said Detroit Lions Senior Vice President of Strategy and Analytics Ashton Mullinix. “With the help of Wallaroo we are looking to scale our use of AI to leverage real- time data to impact real- time decision making.”

In the first phase of this partnership, Wallaroo will be integrated into the Trace3 Analytics War Room in Ford Field, where it will be used by the Lions’ analytics team to optimize the in-game fan experience for use cases like parking, ticketing, and fan loyalty.
